In this lesson, you’ll learn about the first component of readiness: General Capacity. This looks at the critical elements that will either support or hinder implementation.
Lesson 4: Capacity for RJE Specifically
In this lesson, you’ll learn about the second component of readiness: RJE-Specific Capacity. Here, we’ll explore how ready your school is for not just any intervention, but for RJE and all it entails.
Lesson 5: Motivation
In this lesson, you’ll learn about the third component of readiness: Motivation. You’ll learn why it’s important that your staff isn’t burnt out or discouraged or skeptical about RJE because of past experiences.
Lesson 6: The Readiness Report
Here, we’ll explore what R=MC2 revealed at a few schools that took the assessment so you understand how we will use the results to help you plan the next steps.
